Returns and Refund Policy

At ZHÓRN, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized jerseys with care and precision. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery as confirmed by tracking.

 

  • Non-customized products (standard designs with no name/number)
  • Items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Non-eligible items include:

  • Customized products, unless they are defective or incorrect
  • Products returned without using our provided return label
  • Items sent to any address other than our authorized return address

2. Customized Items

All custom jerseys are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed defect.

If your customized item arrived with a defect or production error, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Include clear photos of the defect and your order number.

3. Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@zhorn.us with the following details:

  • Your order number

 

If approved, we will send you a return label and further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free as long as you use the prepaid label we provide.

Important: If you return an item to any address without using our label, the return will be considered void and no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will prioritize correcting the issue or issuing a refund as needed.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank
  • If still unresolved, email us at info@zhorn.us
