Thank you for shopping with ZHÓRN. Below you will find important information regarding our processing times, shipping methods, delivery windows, and tracking policies.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is confirmed. We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We ship worldwide. Shipping time varies depending on your destination country. Our standard delivery window is:

  • 10 to 45 business days from the shipping date
  • Remote or less accessible regions may require additional time

Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

3. Shipping Methods

We currently offer standard international shipping only. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number once shipped. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Tracking may take several days to begin updating after the item is shipped
  • This is normal for international deliveries, especially when the package is in transit between countries
  • Tracking activity will generally begin once the package reaches your destination country

We recommend waiting at least 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation before checking for tracking updates.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

ZHÓRN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, customs clearance).

6. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delivery Delays

Although rare, delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, weather conditions, or global logistics issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer liable for its whereabouts. Please contact your local postal servi
